 ONE EASY, FREE AND FUN WAY TO HELP KIWI KIDS IN NEED!

 
 

All schools are invited to hold a School Fun-Run in 2020, to raise awareness and empower KidsCan to help students living in hardship. Your efforts will help provide food, clothing and health care products to kids in over 740 schools.

All support and material will be provided to schools wishing to take part. For further information on how it works give us a call on 0800 377 170.

HOW CAN I HELP?

THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT THERE IS VERY LITTLE FOR YOU TO DO.

Call 0800 377 170 to register your KidsCan Fun-Run.

  1. Hand out all support material.
  2. Promote key awareness and fundraising messages.
  3. Organise a day for your school community to share a Fun-Run.
  4. Handout student rewards after the event.

The event itself is held on your school grounds. It can be a Fun-Run, Walk-A-Thon, Family Fun-Day, Mud Run, or anything else you can think of! We’re here to help no matter what you choose to do.

Through your fun-run your school will help thousands of children in hardship across New Zealand with practical support like:

  • Food at school for hungry children, helping them concentrate and learn
  • Waterproof raincoats to get children to and from school warm and dry
  • Shoes and socks to allow children to safely get to school and participate
  • Basic health and hygiene products to keep the school community healthy
